This site is a central place for open discussion of issues that affect us all – whether working at PhonepayPlus or a member of the industry we regulate. We’ll be publishing information here regularly and asking for your input.
We hope that everyone will find the PhonepayPlus portal a valuable resource for discussion of important regulatory issues.
We will be adding new content to these pages often so please do check back regularly. However, rest assured that if anything new is posted that we particularly need your input on we will let you know.
These pages are all password protected and accessible only to registered members. When you log-in you’ll see a dashboard personalised to you for easy access to all the most relevant information. From the homepage you can navigate and comment on all open documents, contribute to existing discussions or start your own.
A final note to industry; while we hope this portal will become a valuable and much used tool, it is by no means a replacement for direct contact. All our usual communication will remain and we encourage you to pick up the phone or send us an email in the usual ways.
